What to wear?
Stretchy clothes - ideally not jogging bottoms as they do not allow much movement and flexibility. 

What to bring?
Mats are provided for classes but you are welcome to bring your own.

Do I need to book a course?
No, while many others will ask you to book and commit to a course, you can pay per class if that suits your lifestyle.

How often should I go to class?

It has been Jo's experience that students who dedicate themselves to two to three sessions per week get the best and most consistent results. However, if your schedule or budget only allow for one session a week be encouraged that Jo's students have felt the benefit of Pilates with weekly sessions.
